Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up work station as required to include filling dish machine, checking chemical levels, setting up flatware presoak, and gathering required set-up equipment for pot sink.
  • Rinses/ scrapes all dishes; washes dishes and flatware as each rack is filled; may put clean dishes in assigned storage locations.
  • Sweeps and mops kitchen floor at the end of each meal period and after spill, empties and cleans trash cans when they become full.

This role combines strong analytical capability with people leadership to ensure optimal revenue performance while maintaining efficient, guest focused reservations operations.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and market share
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including competitor rate monitoring and demand pattern evaluation
  • Manage customer segmentation and implement targeted pricing strategies by segment
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed revenue forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to executive leadership
  • Ensure best practice revenue standards, including length of stay yield management, inventory availability by channel, and accurate rate loading

Inventory and Channel Management

  • Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels including direct, OTAs, and GDS
  • Ensure optimal visibility, content accuracy, and pricing across all booking platforms
  • Monitor and resolve rate parity discrepancies in collaboration with OTA market managers
  • Optimize channel mix to balance cost of acquisition with revenue performance

Reservations Management
